Yassine El Ouardi is a versatile actor who made his television debut at a young age, taking on roles in various series and short films that also garnered international attention. In 2023, he graduated from the Amsterdam Academy of Theatre and Dance, where he appeared in The Damned, directed by Ivo van Hove, during his final-year internship.
In addition to acting, Yassine discovered his passion for writing while at drama school—a discipline that has since become an integral part of his work. He is currently developing his own feature film, Momentum, which is well underway after winning the Greenlit Pitch program.
On television, Yassine starred for five seasons in De Ludwigs and played roles in Flikken Rotterdam and Hoogvliegers. He also took on leading roles in several short films, including Stay and Perfectly Flawed. More recently, he appeared in the international series Safe Harbor. In 2025, the release of Verloren Zoon is scheduled, the latest feature film by Edson da Conceição, in which Yassine will play a leading role.
