Tjebbo Gerritsma (1972) is a versatile Dutch actor. His passion for screen and stage led him to pursue his dreams at the Toneelschool Amsterdam, from which he graduated in 1999.
The theater has always been a platform for Tjebbo to showcase his talent. For years he has been part of the regular cast and creative team of the Toneelmakerij. He has graced the stage with compelling performances in plays such as De dag dat mijn broer niet thuis kwam, De Tantes, Storm en Thaibox Verdriet. Tjebbo played in a number of iconic pieces, including Who’s afraid of Virginia Wolff. He demonstrated his musical skills in Annie and Fiddler on the Roof.
Tjebbo’s on-screen journey includes various film performances. His roles in Marokkaanse Bruiloft, Mijn bijzonder rare week met Tess, Riphagen, Schone Handen, Bankier van het Verzet, and Soof 2 stand out among his extensive film curriculum.
In addition to his film work, Tjebbo Gerritsma has made appearances in television series such as Voetbalmaffia, Smeris, Toren C, Judas, Dertigers, De Slet van 6VWO, and Nieuw Zeer.
Most recently, Tjebbo had a leading role in the feature film Zomer in Frankrijk.
