Hanneke Drenth

Hanneke Drenth (1980) is a singer and actress. She graduated from the School of the Arts in Arnhem and the Koningstheateracademie in Den Bosch. 

Hanneke played leading roles in numerous theatre plays and musicals such as De Grote Drie – awarded with a Musical Award in the category Best Small sized Musical-, De Diepvriesdames, Pumps and Penalties, Laten We Eerlijk Zijn and Muzikale Helden. 

Together with Anne Van Rijn Hanneke formed the successful cabaret duo Dames Voor Na Vieren and was rewarded with various among which the Holland Casino Podium Award and the Jury and Audience Award at the Amsterdams Kleinkunstfestival. 

With Ellen Dikker and Dianne Liesker she starred in the successful comedy theatre production Tis Hier Geen Hotel about living with adolescents. Currently Hanneke is on stage in the successor of this successful play Tis Hier Geen Hotel 2. 

Since 2007 Hanneke has been a regular singer in the radio show Spijkers met Koppen, for which she writes and sings Het Spijkerlied and is part of the comedy team. She can also be booked to wrap up a business or cultural event with a customized song performed live on the melody of the Spijkers met Koppen songs.  

On television Hanneke played in various tv shows such as KASSA and Echt niet OK! She also acted in different series among which  Flikken Maastricht, Flikken Rotterdam, Dirty Lines, Klem, Smeris, Nieuwe Buren and De Kuttenpoli. And more recently she played the lead in the family series Het Geheim van Sint Maarten.
